Senior Field Marketing Manager, North America

About the Position

The Senior Manager, Field Marketing – North America is a hands-on, results- driven marketing leader responsible for driving measurable pipeline impact across the region. This role has a strong emphasis on MSP-facing events, partner recruitment, community engagement, partner demand generation and regional program execution.

This leader manages a team of Field Marketing Managers, ensuring coordinated delivery of demand programs, MSP community events, channel initiatives, and partner activation campaigns.

The role partners closely with North America Sales, Product Marketing, and Global Demand Generation, to accelerate awareness, demand generation, MSP recruitment, and partner success. This role reports to the Global VP of Field & Partner Marketing.

Compensation

The base salary range is $160,000-$180,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. Your base salary will be determined by your individual skills, education, and experience. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
