Customer Service Representative- 1st Shift

Milacron is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Batavia, Ohio. In this position, you will be responsible for onboarding customers to the Aftermarket Customer Portal, maintaining accurate customer information, and ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the portal through ongoing support, training, and customer engagement. Work You'll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Aftermarket Customer Portal onboarding process. Guide customers through portal registration, setup, and implementation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Maintain accurate customer records and account information within the portal and related systems. Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to portal functionality and usage. Deliver customer training and educational resources to promote portal adoption and engagement. Monitor customer utilization and identify opportunities to increase portal usage and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and improve the customer experience. Communicate portal updates, enhancements, and best practices to customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while acting as a trusted advisor for portal-related needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering customer feedback and recommending process enhancements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Customer service experience in a customer-facing role required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple customer onboarding activities simultaneously. Proficiency with customer portals, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred. Knowledge of company products, services, and aftermarket support processes preferred. Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills. Ability to deliver training and effectively communicate technical information to customers. Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
