About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented warehouse supervisor to manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, a keen eye for process optimization, accountable for Inventory management and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Warehouse officer Responsibilities and Duties Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, counting, physical checking and shipping of products. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts. Implement and enforce safety and security procedures. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Train and evaluate warehouse employees. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision. Strong supervisory and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) / ERP and inventory control. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Education and Experience Requirements B.com/ bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Certifications in forklift operation or safety management are a plus.
