Copeland Veterinary Hospital in Cookeville, TN is looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate and collaborative team.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Schedule
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays are required
- Rotating schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday support as needed
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communication
- Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
- Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Provide exceptional customer service in a busy veterinary setting
Qualifications:
- Previous veterinary, healthcare, or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally charged situations
- Comfortable with technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first attitude and commitment to helping pets and people
- Flexibility and reliability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
