West Pymble Dental Surgery is looking for a confident, experienced Casual Dental Assistant to join our team. You’ll work closely with a team of highly skilled dentists and gain exposure to a wide variety of clinical procedures - perfect for someone who enjoys learning and staying hands‑on.

We’re a long‑standing, community‑focused practice with a loyal patient base and a strong reputation for clinical excellence. Continuity of care is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and well looked after.

• Support a team of 4 experienced dentists across a wide range of treatments
• Provide efficient chairside assistance and maintain high clinical standards
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage instrument sterilisation and infection control
• Assist with front desk duties when necessary, including scheduling and insurance coordination

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional care

• Proven experience as a Senior Dental Assistant or a minimum of 2 years experience as a Dental Assistant; Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of dental terminology, procedures, dental software and MS applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
