Overnight Yard Jockey

Overnight Yard Jockey - Must hold Valid CDL
Location: Brewster, NY
Pay: $27/ hour

Schedule (Full-Time) : Sunday - Thursday // 8:00 PM - 5:30 AM

What You 'll Do

• Move trucks and trailers in and out of dock doors according to assignments
• Ensure trailers are properly loaded, sealed, secured, fueled, and temperature-controlled
• Arrange trucks and trailers in the yard safely and efficiently
• Inspect equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free yard
• Follow all safety, DOT, and food safety regulations

What We 're Looking For

• Valid CDL issued by state of residence and DOT qualified
• Ability to work overnight shifts, 10+ hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable entering/exiting trucks frequently and lifting up to 100 lbs using safe practices
• Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong attention to safety, organization, and teamwork
• Clean driving record in accordance with DOT and company standards
