The Manager, Digital Commerce will be responsible for driving digital commerce growth across category portfolios, with a focus on accelerating revenue, improving digital shelf performance, and delivering best-in-class commerce campaigns and retail media activations. This role serves as a critical connector between brand media strategy and commerce execution, responsible for managing, advising, and guiding the digital commerce investment strategy across retail platforms, ensuring plans are built to drive measurable business outcomes across retailer priorities, category goals, and brand objectives.

The Manager will partner closely with Media Managers, Shopper Marketing Leads, Sales, Digital Content, Earned & Social, and agency partners to bring integrated digital commerce strategies to life. This role will also serve as the internal subject matter expert and retailer champion, helping shape enterprise initiatives, tentpole activations, retail media strategy, and digital commerce best practices across the organization

• Key Responsibilities ​

  • Lead digital commerce strategy and execution, driving incremental revenue growth and retailer performance across key digital commerce platforms.

  • Partner with Media Managers to ensure digital commerce investments are fully integrated into broader brand media strategies and plans.

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert and retailer champion for Amazon, providing strategic guidance on DSP, search, audience targeting, content, measurement, and platform capabilities.

  • Collaborate with Shopper Marketing, Sales, Brand, Digital Content, Earned & Social, and agency partners to develop integrated commerce strategies that support business, retailer, and brand objectives.

  • Support retailer-specific initiatives, tentpole activations, Joint Business Plan priorities, and enterprise growth opportunities in partnership with commercial teams.

  • Guide the planning, execution, and optimization of retail media and digital commerce campaigns across retailer platforms and media networks.

  • Utilize data, analytics, and marketplace insights to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and inform strategic recommendations.

  • Lead performance reporting and business reviews, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive commercial outcomes.

  • Embed digital commerce best practices into media planning, campaign development, creative briefs, and activation strategies to improve effectiveness across the consumer journey.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate new technologies, platforms, measurement capabilities, and innovative approaches that can accelerate growth.

  • Build and share digital commerce expertise across the organization, championing best practices, scalable solutions, and continuous improvement in ways of working.

  • Stay current on retailer, marketplace, shopper, and retail media trends to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen Haleon's digital commerce capabilities.

*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field

• 6+ years of experience in digital media, including expertise in digital commerce with specific Amazon experience

• Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns

• Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools; familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influencer stakeholders at all levels

• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects in a highly matrixed organization

_The salary range for this role is $142,078 - $ 195,356 ​USD annually + bonus _
