About the role

The Enterprise Architect - Cyber, Cloud, Data & AI is a senior technical role responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing the organization’s enterprise-wide cybersecurity architecture for cloud, data, and AI environments. This position ensures that cloud, data, and AI security strategies, frameworks, and solutions align with business objectives, effectively mitigate risks, support regulatory compliance, and enable secure adoption of cloud platforms, data analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies across the enterprise. The role requires strong product selection skills with deep expertise in cloud security, data protection, and AI security architectures.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy, frameworks, standards, patterns, and roadmaps specifically for cloud, data, and AI environments.

  • Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on cloud, data, and AI cybersecurity architecture for IT projects, systems, and strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, data and AI teams, and key stakeholders to align cloud, data, and AI security architecture with organisational goals and risk appetite.

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and recommendation of cybersecurity solutions for cloud platforms, data environments, and AI systems, including cloud-native security controls, data protection technologies, and AI-specific security measures.

  • Establish and enforce cloud, data, and AI architecture governance processes, including architecture review boards and compliance with defined standards.

  • Oversee risk assessments related to cloud, data, and AI architectural designs and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Mentor, develop, and provide technical guidance to a team of cybersecurity architects, engineers, and related professionals specialising in cloud, data, and AI security.

  • Contribute to incident response planning and ensure architectural resilience against cloud, data, and AI-specific cyber threats.

  • Communicate complex cloud, data, and AI cybersecurity architecture concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Your Profile

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including experience in architecture and design of cloud, data, and AI security solutions

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business, data, and AI requirements into secure, scalable, and resilient architectures

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across business and technology functions

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience designing and governing cybersecurity solutions for complex cloud, data, and AI environments in large-scale, hybrid, and multi-cloud settings

  • Architectural expertise in cloud security (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data protection and privacy architectures, and AI/ML security, including model security, adversarial AI, and secure AI pipelines

  • Experience evaluating and selecting cloud security platforms, data security tools, and AI security solutions

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cloud security frameworks (e.g., CSA CCM, NIST, Azure Well-Architected Framework), data governance, privacy-by-design, and regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, and DORA

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how cybersecurity architecture supports business value, innovation, and risk reduction

  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and defensive technologies across cloud, data, and AI environments

PLN 334 227,00 - PLN 459 562,40 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
