Solution Architect
at Weave
As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a high-impact technical advisor to
several internal organizations. This position is expected to lead technical
discovery and architect solutions for more complex, high-value customer
engagements. You will act as the bridge between sales, product, and partner
teams to ensure Weave’s offerings solve unique business challenges and drive
revenue growth.
This position will be hybrid
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Solution Architects
What You Will Own
-
Advanced Sales Enablement: Actively lead technical discovery and product demonstrations in customer sales meetings, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
-
Strategic Resource Development: Design, build, and maintain a library of sophisticated sales enablement tools, including interactive walkthroughs, technical one-pagers, and specialized AE demo environments.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Success Teams (PST) to provide "voice of the customer" feedback, influencing the product roadmap based on field insights.
-
Partner Ecosystem Support: Support Business Development and Channel Managers by leading technical training for external partners and assisting with complex integration queries.
-
Operational Excellence: Maintain critical sales documentation, such as the Integration Status Document, and leverage Salesforce/Chatter to ensure seamless handoffs to the onboarding team.
-
Special Projects: Independently identify and execute projects that improve team efficiency, such as creating internal training modules or enhancing Weave Help Articles.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
-
Experience: Typically 2-4 years of experience in a technical sales, solutions architecture, or systems engineering role.
-
Technical Proficiency: High-level understanding of SaaS systems and advanced technical systems. This should include an understanding of networking and VOIP protocols and tools.
-
Communication: Exceptional ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-
Autonomy: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously with minimal supervision.
What Will Make Us Love You
-
The "Technical Translator": You have a knack for taking complex technical integrations or product features and explaining them in a way that makes a dental office manager or a business owner say, "I get it!"
-
Proactive Problem Solver: You don't just wait for a Slack message in #sales_support; you identify gaps in our sales enablement resources and build the video or one-pager that fixes it before anyone even asks.
-
Strategic Partner: You view yourself as an extension of the Sales and Product teams, consistently providing feedback from the field to help shape our future roadmap.
-
Adaptable & Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you might jump from a partner training call to a deep-dive technical demo within the same hour.
-
Meticulous Documentarian: You understand that "if it isn't in Seismic or the Shared Drive, it didn't happen." You take pride in keeping our internal resources organized and accurate. This would include making sure that Weavehelp is current with the products.
-
Continuous Learner: You are naturally curious and stay up-to-date on our product roadmaps and industry trends without being prompted.
