Requirements:
• Able speak and good written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field
• Preferably with Netsuite Presales experience
• Possess strong interpersonal and team player who is able to work independently
• Good analytical & problem solving skills and innovative thinking abilities
• Strong presentation, project management and planning skills
Responsibilities :
• Meetings with potential clients to understand their technical and business requirement
• Gather all necessary information to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the clients needs.
• Craft solutions based on the gathered information, leveraging companies products and technologies
• Provide technical consulting, architecture, and solutions expertise to clients, aligning their requirements with the company's offerings.
• Support clients in a professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing guidance throughout the sales process.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including proposals, diagrams, BOMs, and timelines.
• Clearly explain technical aspects to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the proposed solutions.
• Structure and produce technical proposals according to tender specifications.
• Ensure that the technical proposals align and deliver while aligning with the client requirements and highlight the company's value.
• Interface with the implementation/project team, effectively communicating with customer requirements and ensuring a smooth transition from the sales phase to project delivery.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the implementation team to ensure successful project execution.
