Software Sales Consultant

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from discovery calls to closed deals
  • Understand a client's business well enough to prescribe the right solution, not just pitch a product
  • Demo software to business owners and decision-makers — and make it compelling
  • Work closely with our Business Development team to convert warm leads into signed contracts
  • Build long-term relationships with clients across retail, trading, manufacturing, services, and F&B
  • Hit your monthly target — and know exactly why when you don't

What We're Looking For

  • Driven by results — you want to see the number go up, and you know what to do when it doesn't
  • Naturally curious — you ask good questions before you start talking
  • Comfortable with complexity — our solutions span accounting, POS, HR, and workforce management
  • Resilient — long sales cycles don't frustrate you; they teach you
  • A communicator who can adjust their register from SME owner to CFO in the same day
  • Fresh grad or 1–3 years of sales or consulting experience — we care more about how you think than where you've been
