Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Support the implementation and deployment of Continuous Improvement (CI)
initiatives within the operation, contributing to process optimization and the
achievement of operational goals.
Promotes a continuous improvement mindset across the plant through execution,
follow-up, and support to different areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on Continuous Improvement initiatives within assigned areas.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support the development and implementation of solutions.
- Support the deployment of CI tools and methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, problem-solving).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and results tracking.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of KPIs related to CI initiatives.
- Maintain updated dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
- Support CI governance processes, including project tracking and prioritization follow-up.
- Participate in CI meetings and contribute to alignment with site objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and Gemba walks as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of CI projects and standardization of best practices.
- Promote employee involvement in CI activities at operational levels.
- Support the sustainability of CI tools and initiatives within the plant.
Contribute to continuous improvement culture through daily interaction with teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
AGE requerida: Over 25 years old

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree minimum.
EXPERIENCE: Lean Six Sigma methodology, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, project management, Kaizen events, dashboard management, KPI creation, core tools, problem-solving methodologies, A3, 8D, DOE, ergonomic manufacturing cell design, time and motion study, line balancing, and manufacturing best practices, presentation of results reports to leadership.
SKILLS: Teamwork, verbal and written communication in English, communication for training, analytical thinking, leadership and influence, and adaptability to change.
INITIAL TRAINING: Computer skills (MS Office), MS Project, Power BI, Lean Manufacturing, probability and statistics knowledge, intranet technical information, document management software, ERP usage (E1), help desk ticketing systems software (MP9) for IT and maintenance, BOM interpretation, and Franklin Electric terminology and acronyms.
