Competitive Pay

$11/hour + bonuses for team members working 25+ hours per week

$10/hour + bonuses for team members working 16-24 hours per week

What You 'll Do

• Conduct phone surveys with clients, family members, and caregivers
• Accurately document feedback
• Create positive experiences for survey participants
• Help organizations improve care and employee satisfaction

What We 're Looking For

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Comfortable spending time on the phone
• Reliable attendance
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently from home

Language Skills

• English fluency is required
• Spanish-English and Russian-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and are highly valued.
