What awaits you:
• Track and maintain all commercial data in our Kautex systems SAP/Excel/PLM
(centralized lifecycle management)/Up2Go (sales planning data)
• check customer purchase orders and escalate in case of deviations compared
to Kautex offer
• Provide the customer with the necessary information in an efficient and
professional manner
• continuous offer/order tracking
• Invoicing and maintaining tracking of orders to be invoiced
• Maintaining customer demands in SAP (creating single orders for pre-
production parts and maintaining delivery schedules for serial production)
• Tracking of piece prices and of overdue invoices; follow up and adjusting
customer information in SAP according to current P.O.
• Processing of EDI workflow and follow-up with logistics and PM for new
releases etc.
• Master data maintenance in SAP
• Maintain and ensure proper electronic filing of documents in accordance with
Kautex FLP and DOA rules
