What you’ll do
You’ll apply land surveying concepts, principles and practices across
projects. Along with flexing your problem-solving skills to help our clients,
you’ll also:
- Make decisions independently on surveying problems and methods.
- Represent the firm in meetings to answer questions and plan and coordinate work.
- Determine technical approaches.
- Develop or improve techniques and procedures to complete survey-related projects.
- Provide technical leadership for firmwide survey work.
- Lead field crews.
What it takes
Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in Surveying or another relevant
field. We’re interested in people who have at least six years of experience
and are licensed in Illinois. We’ll also favor candidates who:
- Act as team players.
- Speak and write well.
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
