About this position:

This role is responsible for driving branch performance, supporting sales growth, and ensuring operational compliance across assigned branches. It also plays a key part in coordinating with internal teams and BDMs to deliver effective business results.

**Job Descriptions: **

To make sure that responsible branches can achieve target each year
To boost sales and propose an achievable action plan on how to help branches to reach the top line and bottom line
To monitor and control branches' operations to ensure that branches have followed the Company’s guideline
To advise the legal provisions for in-house brokers
To liaise between other departments and BDMs

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
2-3 years for insurance background
Eager to learn new things
Computer literacy
English skill is preferable
Good negotiation skills and problem-solving
Project – oriented
