About the Role
We’re hiring across multiple functions and are open to exceptional candidates who want to help shape the future of AI-powered legal services.
This is not a traditional role. You’ll work closely with the founders to:
- Solve complex, real-world problems at the intersection of law, product, and operations
- Build systems, workflows, and tools that scale expertise
- Deliver high-quality outcomes for customers with speed and precision
Depending on your background, you may lean more into legal, engineering, design, security, sales, operations, or a blend.
What You Might Work On
Legal & Domain Expertise
- Review, analyze, or structure complex legal documents (e.g., contracts, policies)
- Identify risks, obligations, and edge cases with precision
- Translate domain expertise into scalable systems
Process & Systems Design
- Build playbooks, templates, and repeatable workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and design improvements
- Turn messy, ambiguous processes into structured, high-quality outputs
Product & Engineering Collaboration
- Work with engineers to improve internal tools and customer-facing products
- Translate real-world workflows into product features
- Contribute to prompt design, data structuring, or automation logic
Customer & Market Insight
- Engage with customers to understand pain points
- Synthesize feedback into actionable insights
- Contribute to product direction and strategy
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., law, product, ops, engineering, sales)
- You’re detail-oriented and care deeply about quality
- You think in systems and constantly look for ways to improve processes
- You’re excited about AI, automation, and the future of knowledge work
- You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- You communicate clearly and can simplify complex ideas
Bonus Points
- Experience with legal workflows, contracts, or legal operations
- Background in building tools, automations, or internal systems
- Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, or structured data
- Startup experience or working closely with founders
