Corporate Administration Team Leader

We are currently representing a leading global Financial Services firm in the appointment of high-calibre professionals as part of a period of strategic growth and investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Support Operations Administrators, providing guidance, coaching and day-to-day support
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development, ensuring a strong training framework across services and jurisdictions
- Drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations, using data and reporting to monitor delivery and identify improvements
- Partner with senior stakeholders to manage demand, gather feedback, and maintain service quality
- Develop and implement best practice processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the team
- Manage operational reporting, including resource planning, performance metrics and governance compliance
- Support business objectives as a key team leader, contributing to strategic initiatives and cross-office collaboration
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience leading and developing operational or administrative teams within a corporate services or financial services environment
- A working knowledge of ViewPoint would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong track record of delivering against SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
- Experience building and implementing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage senior leaders and manage demand
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, reporting, and performance analytics
- Experience managing risk, governance and operational compliance frameworks
- Confident people manager with experience across hiring, onboarding and team development
