We’re now looking for an Employer Branding Partner who will bring our Shape Tomorrow 2030+ strategy to life in Hungary, helping us attract, engage, and retain the best talent - while making sure our story reaches the people who will help write our future.

Your role

Execute Employer Branding initiatives that support talent attraction, employee engagement, and retention, while strengthening the company’s employer brand presence across key markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute data-driven solutions to strengthen the employer brand and increase its value for candidates, applicants, and employees.

  • Deliver and adapt MOL Group branding projects across markets, following the company methodology, including consultancy, campaign activation, communication, and use of data and metrics.

  • Actively use data and tools to support decision-making and achieve set targets.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project goals.

  • Monitor trends and initiatives in the field and propose relevant improvements and solutions for the organization.

  • Support special projects from the Group Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding.

What you bring

  • College or University degree (HR / Marketing / Communications is an advantage).

  • 3+ years relevant experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or related fields.

  • Project management skills, strong event management, presentation and copywriting skills.

  • Basic graphic design skills and digital savviness.

  • Fluent in Hungarian and English.

  • Customer focus, adaptability, collaboration, and data literacy, advanced MS Office skills

  • Design software experience is an advantage.

  • Employer Branding certification and PowerBI knowledge are advantages.
