About the role

The Solution Architect - Cyber Security, Cloud, Data & AI is a senior technical role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering secure solutions and architectures for cloud, data, and AI environments.

This position translates enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategies into practical, implementable solutions that align with business objectives, effectively mitigate risks, support regulatory compliance, and enable secure adoption of cloud platforms, data analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies across the organisation.

The role requires strong solution design and product selection skills with deep expertise in cloud security, data protection, and AI security.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop secure solution architectures for cloud, data, and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy, frameworks, and standards.

  • Provide expert technical leadership in the solutioning of cybersecurity requirements for cloud platforms, data environments, and AI systems.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, data scientists, AI teams, and delivery teams to translate business needs and security requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solution designs.

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of appropriate cybersecurity solutions and technologies for cloud, data, and AI environments, including cloud-native security controls, data protection technologies, and AI-specific security measures.

  • Conduct solution-level risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to address security gaps in cloud, data, and AI architectures.

  • Ensure solution designs comply with architecture governance processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to support the implementation and validation of secure cloud, data, and AI solutions.

  • Contribute to incident response planning and ensure solution resilience against cloud, data, and AI-specific cyber threats.

  • Communicate complex solution architecture concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including project teams and senior leadership.

Your Profile

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity solution architecture, including experience in cloud, data, and AI security

  • Experience designing secure solutions in complex cloud, data, and AI environments within large-scale, hybrid, and multi-cloud settings.

  • Solution architecture expertise in cloud security (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data protection and privacy, and AI/ML security, including model security, adversarial AI mitigation, and secure AI pipelines.

  • Product selection and evaluation experience for cloud security platforms, data security tools, and AI security solutions.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with architecture, engineering, data science, AI, and delivery teams

  • Ability to translate architecture strategies and business requirements into practical, implementable secure solutions

  • Ability to communicate complex solution concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cloud security frameworks (e.g., CSA CCM, NIST, Azure Well-Architected Framework), data governance, privacy-by-design, and regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, and DORA.

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how secure solution architecture supports business value, innovation, and risk reduction

  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and defensive technologies in cloud, data, and AI environments

PLN 245 668,00 - PLN 337 793,50 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
