Join our dynamic team as a Project Administrator in Saint John, NB! This role ensures smooth day to day operations by coordinating documentation, supporting project managers, and maintaining accurate project records. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team focused environment.

As a Project Administrator, you will:

  • Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks
  • Prepare, maintain, and track project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reports)
  • Assist with project setup and close-out, ensuring accurate and complete records
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Track and update budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and cost documents
  • Maintain project files, logs, and reporting tools
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient project execution
  • Day to day scheduling coordination with field operation

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project-related systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in construction or project administration is an asset
