Warehouse Supervisor
at Little Giant Pump Company LLC
Distribute, coordinate, assign, supervise and control the activities that take place in the production area in order to comply with the established programs. Manage the work material and the people in charge, enforcing the regulations, policies and internal procedures and the established Quality System.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve safety objectives of the company.
• Design and implement the strategy to achieve with the company's Cycle
Count policy.
• Develop strategies to supply materials to production in the right
quantities and on time.
• Implement inventory rotation codes based on how materials are
supplied and retrieved (FIFO and handling of obsolete items).
• Establish and improve methods for receiving finished products or raw
materials from the production, engineering, quality departments, and
suppliers.
• Develop and enhance procedures for export shipping requirements.
• Monitor the reliability and accuracy of inventories of products
and/or components supplied to various production and support departments.
• Demonstrate commitment by directing and supporting the team to
contribute to the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Promote and communicate the results and/or effectiveness of
processes, as well as actions and/or response plans when applicable.
• Achieve the quality objectives of your position and the strategic
goals of the company.
• Adhere to the guidelines of the quality system.
• Performing work with quality, meeting required standards.
• Maintain company tools and equipment in good, clean, and safe working
condition.
• Participate in the company's continuous improvement projects.
• Follow up on corrective actions within the Quality System as
appropriate.
• Fulfill the relevant roles assigned by management as applicable
(e.g., teams, auditors, mentors).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience: Minimum two years’ experience on warehouse management.
- Lenguages: english intermediate
- Skills: Teamwork, verbal and written communication, leadership.

• Interpretation of BOM
• Explanation of the process flow for each production line
• Warehouses and their layouts
• Supply production line strategies, E1
• Explanation and understanding of material receipt and shipping
Inventory management and control, QMS.
