DRA - DINING ROOM ASSISTANT
at 18 Degrees Bar & Grill
ESSENTIAL CONTRIBUTIONS:
- Prepares dining room for guests by bussing, wiping down and setting tables. Wiping down chairs, and removing any debris from floor
- Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct tables with the correct garnishments.
- Pre-bus when necessary (no dirty dishes should be left in front of guests)
- Clear bus tubs in dish pit, keeping organized for dishwasher. Place bus tubs back in server stations
- Clear out dish pit of clean dishes, stocking server stations, expo line and hotline as needed.
- Know your menu/establishment promotions.
- Stock expo line
- Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary bussing station.
- Full hands in and full hands out when exiting kitchen to dining room and vice versa.
- Calling out orders to kitchen staff when necessary and following up on orders falling behind.
- Be able to clearly communicate with servers, guests, kitchen staff and management.
- Special projects as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
