Voice & SMS Expert

Solutions by stc is actively recruiting for the role of Voice & SMS Expert In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of International Voice, Interconnect, and SMS (P2P & A2P – Local and International) business. The role ensures commercial optimization, cost efficiency, service quality, fraud control, regulatory compliance, and revenue growth across all voice and messaging streams. The position acts as the commercial and operational focal point for global carriers, SMS aggregators, A2P providers, hubs, and interconnect partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Manage international voice and SMS interconnect business, including commercial agreements, routing strategies, traffic optimization, and relationships with global operators, aggregators, and strategic partners.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across Voice, P2P SMS, A2P SMS, and enterprise messaging services through pricing, margin optimization, and new business opportunities.
  • Monitor traffic performance, quality, and financial KPIs, identifying revenue leakage, cost-saving initiatives, and corrective actions to improve service performance.
  • Coordinate with Network, IT, Billing, Revenue Assurance, and Fraud teams to ensure seamless route provisioning, service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead interconnect and messaging initiatives, including A2P monetization, anti-fraud measures, SMS firewall governance, dispute resolution, and development of new transit and CPaaS opportunities.
