MOL GBS Invoice-to-Pay is looking for a motivated AP Team Lead who brings strong leadership, accounting expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Your key focus areas

• Lead and develop the AP team

• Coordinate daily operations and manage resources effectively

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

• Drive SLA and KPI performance

• Oversee workflow monitoring, documentation updates, and audit support

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders

• Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives

You’re a great fit if you have…

• 3–5 years of accounting or AP experience

• At least 2 years of leadership experience

• Solid knowledge of accounting processes

• Strong SAP and MS Office skills

• B2 level English

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment
