What awaits you:

Be the equipment/technology support function primarily in the assigned areas pertaining to water cooling systems, plastic welding, leak testing, assembly processes, and automation.

Responsible for defining scope requirements for tools and equipment based on CAD, cycle time, quality, Kautex Standards, and performance expectations.

Function as the primary contact, when necessary, for tooling and equipment suppliers throughout the build phase, lead design reviews, pre-acceptance and final acceptance milestones, and track and resolve open issues (PDCA – Plan Do Check Act) pertinent to their assigned projects.

Participate as lead or support function for new product development initiatives that are strategic to the business in areas such as Pentatonic and Industry 4.0.

Follow and support Kautex Manufacturing Standards as well as development of new Standards and updating of existing Standards as needed.

Implement lessons learned, ensure transfer of technical knowledge and prevent recurrence of failures.

Participate or lead assigned equipment/tooling downtime reduction efforts.

Define and Support Risk Assessments for your area of responsibility.
