Join our HR Solutions GBS team as an HR Solutions and Project Expert and contribute to impactful HR initiatives across Hungary, Slovakia and Croatia.

Location: Budapest, Hungary - Hybrid working model with home office options

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and execution of HR projects.
• Assist senior project leads in gathering requirements, preparing plans and tracking deliverables.
• Participate in testing and rollout of HR systems and digital tools.
• Maintain process documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and shared service centers to harmonize HR practices.
• Transform HR data into actionable insights through advanced data visualization techniques.
• Ensure compliance with local standards during project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in HR/Economics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Basic understanding of project management and HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills
• Fluent in Hungarian and English proficiency (B2 or higher)
