Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives for Allied World Hong Kong across its product lines and distribution channels. The delivery of additional business opportunities will be achieved through active and strategic management of brokers, agents and clients and the role will support the execution of our digital strategy.

Job Duties:

• Work directly with the Deputy Country Head of Hong Kong branch and key business leaders in Hong Kong to develop and execute strategic initiatives successfully
• Foster, service and grow broker, agent and key client relationships for Allied World Hong Kong
• Build, engage and expand existing and new commercial relationships with brokers, agents and clients to identify key opportunities (and risks) and develop credible account submissions
• Be the key conduit between IT and business stakeholders in execution of our digital strategy for agent and customer platforms
• Advocate the use of data analytics to identify new opportunities and support data-driven decisions
• Lead regular governance meetings with brokers to review performance and identify and execute action items
• Work closely with key business leaders in Hong Kong branch to manage and co-ordinate business proposals and tender responses
• Any other duties, as assigned by supervisor
