at Little Haiti Cultural Complex
Enforces regulations and protects life at a City pool. Supervises and schedules the work assignments of part-time and temporary lifeguards and/or other part-time and temporary staff as needed. May instruct and/or organize classes on water safety, life saving procedures, swimming, etc. Assists with in-service trainings for aquatics personnel. An employee in this position must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Patrols and observes pool area to ensure appropriate use by patrons. Rescues patrons in distress as needed. Administers Standard First Aid and/or CPR as needed.
