Underwriting Service Coordinator - Dutch speaking

Are you customer-focused and ready to support underwriting teams in a dynamic, international environment? As an Underwriting Service Coordinator in Commercial Lines EMEA, you’ll deliver high-quality customer service, manage operational functions, and help underwriters focus on core tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Multinational and Domestic accounts, including administration and program implementation.
- Support underwriters with regulatory, compliance, and multinational program structure information.
- Supporting Chubb business development and client relationship activities.
- Be a focal point for internal colleagues, working closely with segment leaders, line managers, underwriters and our service centers to deliver agreed client service standards, trouble shoot and solve any issues affecting the customer.
- Prepare and process instructions for new business and renewals.
- Assist with projects to improve processes and operations.

Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and handle ad hoc requests.

University degrees in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in insurance industry is a plus.
- Commercial drive, customer oriented, enterprising and communicative.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and resolve client issues, whether in insurance, financial services, or other customer-focused industries.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and market practices is helpful, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
- Participation in process improvement projects or operational enhancements, or a demonstrated interest in finding ways to improve service and efficiency.
- Exposure to multinational program implementation, or experience working with international clients or teams, is an advantage.
- Affinity for new technology
Languages:
- Proficiency in Dutch and fluent English.
- French is a plus.
