We’re looking for a Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this
role, you’ll help ensure our systems and processes run smoothly, enabling our
Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to efficiently engage with leads
and deliver results.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the tools and workflows
that support lead delivery, working across platforms like Salesforce and
Outreach while contributing to process improvements and automation
initiatives.
About the Role
As a Operations Support Specialist on our Lead Enablement team, you will:
Support Operational Processes & Systems
- Support Salesforce and related tools used by BDRs
- Assist with lead routing and workflows to ensure leads are delivered accurately
- Monitor system performance and identify issues impacting lead flow
- Complete operational requests within defined SLAs
- Create and maintain job aids and process documentation
Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues
- Investigate and resolve system and process issues impacting the business
- Partner with internal teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Escalate more complex issues when needed, ensuring timely resolution
Improve Processes & Support Automation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work
- Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows (e.g., ticketing processes, system updates)
- Support updates to workflows as business needs evolve
About You

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, High Velocity Sales or similar preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience supporting operational workflows, data quality, or systems administration
- Exposure to process improvement or automation tools is a plus
