Legal Content Segment Specialist
Are you passionate about helping legal professionals access the right content and solutions? We are looking for a Legal Content Segment Specialist to support the growth and delivery of our legal content platforms across Asia & Emerging Markets.
In this role, you will work with teams across several teams including Product, Editorial and Sales to help ensure our legal content offerings are relevant to the market, clearly positioned, and ready for successful launch and promotion. You will help connect customer needs, regional priorities, and business goals to support the continued success of our legal content solutions.
About the Role
In this opportunity asLegal Content Segment Specialist , you will:

Conduct market, customer, competitor, legal, regulatory, and industry trend analysis to generate insights relevant to Practical Law segments in AEM.

Translate insights into clear recommendations that support proposition planning, content prioritization, go-to-market activity, and customer value articulation.

Support content and proposition planning in partnership with Segment and Editorial teams, including inputs into the end-to-end content lifecycle and product release readiness.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute segment-specific and multi-proposition go-to-market initiatives.

Develop and maintain GTM playbooks, sales enablement materials, customer-facing collateral, and launch support for product releases, upgrades, and enhancements.

Contribute analytical, reporting, and segment inputs to EPC and investment business cases to support prioritization, planning, and decision-making.

Work collaboratively across a matrixed organization, supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives aligned to Practical Law segment objectives and building strong stakeholder relationships across AEM and Thomson Reuters.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Legal Content Segment Specialist if you have
the following required qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Demonstrated experience in product, proposition, content, or go-to-market roles, preferably within legal, professional services, or B2B environments.
-
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to varied audiences.
-
Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience building effective relationships across cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
-
Commercially astute and comfortable working with financial metrics, reporting, and performance data.

Highly organized and collaborative, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute effectively to cross-functional initiatives.
