Job Summary:
Will handle general business contract review and drafting; assist with corporate matters and transactions; assist with data protection, privacy and artificial intelligence laws and agreements; assist with employment matters; and handle the legal review of marketing materials globally.
Job Duties:
• General commercial/vendor contract review, drafting, negotiation and
identifying and advising business functions of material issues and
considerations.
• Assist with corporate matters and transactions.
• Monitor and assist with data protection, privacy and artificial
intelligence laws, agreements and requests.
• Oversee the legal review of press releases, marketing materials and other
public disclosures.
• Assist with employment matters and monitor relevant laws.
• Assist with corporate governance and compliance requirements, as needed.
• Conduct legal research and analysis; drafting legal memoranda.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
