About the Role:
Instant Impact are hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth across our Instant Impact brands. We’re looking for a proactive, commercially sharp seller who loves building relationships, pipeline, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
You'll be selling Instant Impact's embedded recruitment solutions — essentially, the case for transforming how a business finds and hires talent. That means helping senior leaders reimagine their approach to recruitment and see the strategic value in doing it differently.
Experience selling complex B2B solutions is important — ideally in HRIS, HR tech, or professional services — but this role requires more than product knowledge. You need to be comfortable selling outcomes to senior stakeholders, navigating multi-stakeholder deals and making the case for change in organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, qualify, and close new partnership opportunities, focusing primarily on mid-market and growth-stage businesses.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and closure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential partnerships, including leveraging networks to make new connections.
- Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the wider growth function to ensure continuous improvement of the function.
- Represent our brand at industry events and client meetings, primarily within the London area.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You've sold complex B2B solutions — ideally in HRIS, HR tech or professional services — but we care more about how you sell than where. Specifically:
- You generate your own pipeline alongside the support of an SDR. You're comfortable picking up the phone, working your network and finding your own way in.
- You can manage a multi-stakeholder deal over months without losing discipline or momentum.
- You're relationship-first. People buy from people at Instant Impact and you understand that.
- You have emotional resilience. Long cycles, complex decisions - you don't lose your discipline when things stall.
