Senior Delivery Lead

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will combine strategy, product management, and project delivery to oversee the success of complex initiatives. Your role will include alignment to company strategy, developing product visions, defining roadmaps, and owning project delivery from inception to completion. You will lead projects and work cross functionally with business partners to deliver solutions to complex problems and drive growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilize customer feedback and data to define and develop product visions and roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment with company strategy and business goals when prioritizing product roadmap items.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and KPIs.
- Partner with different business units to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches via positioning, messaging, training, and documentation.
- Consult with key stakeholders, solicit input, and drive consensus to set and communicate product strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, working closely with product owners, Agile teams, and other stakeholders to integrate work across teams, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely/high-quality delivery.
- Monitor delivery, remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint and release goals.
- Manage expectations and ensure transparency across all levels of the organization throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure expected benefits are realized.
- Define project charter, scope, benefits, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Serve as the primary contact for the project, provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders, communicating progress clearly and proactively.
