Project Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team.
Accuro® EMR is Canada's most widely adopted Electronic Medical Record platform, supporting thousands of providers and millions of patients. Alongside Medeo and our growing ecosystem of integrations, we operate within a highly regulated and rapidly evolving HealthTech landscape.
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives spanning product delivery, platform integrations, partner onboarding, and provincial/government engagements. You will play a critical role in ensuring initiatives are delivered predictably, compliantly, and with strong stakeholder alignment.
This role blends traditional project delivery, agile coordination, and ongoing program-type work (e.g., provincial compliance and reporting), making it ideal for a pragmatic, detail-oriented PM who thrives in a dynamic environment.
This position offers the opportunity to join the team as either an Associate Project Manager or Project Manager, with placement determined by the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.

- Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement
Provincial & Government Engagement (Program Coordination)
In addition to discrete projects, this role supports ongoing provincial engagement and compliance coordination, including:
- Act as a coordinating point of contact for provincial programs and governing bodies
- Manage recurring engagement activities (e.g., vendor touchpoints, quarterly reviews, certification cycles)
- Coordinate compliance-related deliverables such as:

- Ensure timely communication and coordination with SMEs across Product, GRC, Privacy, and Security
- Track and communicate regulatory or legislative changes impacting product delivery

Governance, Reporting & PMO Contribution
- Maintain core project artifacts (charters, plans, risk logs, decision logs, status reports)
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, frameworks, and delivery governance
- Provide clear visibility into project health, risks, and progress
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to ensure consistent delivery practices
- Contribute to improvements in PMO processes, templates, and operating models
