**Position Summary: **
We're looking for a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our marketing programs and events.
Based in Kelowna, BC, this role will play a key part in managing our participation at industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
This position is ideal for someone with hands-on event experience who enjoys coordinating projects, managing details, and contributing to marketing initiatives that support business growth and lead generation.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and event channels.
- Manage and maintain the organization's social media presence, including scheduling and publishing content across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate event promotion activities to drive registrations, attendance, and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Support lead generation and demand generation activities associated with conferences, webinars, and marketing programs.
- Manage marketing project timelines and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related role.
- Must be based in Kelowna, BC and able to work in an in-office environment 4 days per week, with 1 work from home day available.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing conferences, trade shows, corporate events, or community events.
- Experience independently organizing and delivering events from planning through execution.
- Experience managing social media channels for an organization, including content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong project management and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the time for conferences and events.
Preferred:
- Experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
- Experience tracking campaign performance and reporting on advertising results.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Experience supporting email marketing campaigns through Pardot.
- Experience supporting lead generation or demand generation programs.
- Experience working in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or a B2B environment.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Compensation:
- Base salary, variable bonus established at the corporate level, competitive benefits package
- Salary range: $50,000-$65,000 CAD, based on experience and qualifications.
- Candidates with demonstrated experience managing paid social advertising campaigns, measuring performance, and optimizing campaign results will be considered at the upper end of the salary range.
