This is a hybrid role based from either our Dublin or Co. Mayo office, so
you'll need to be within a commutable distance of one of these locations.

Job details
The Project Coordinator at Dynamic Safety Solutions will be responsible for
developing, implementing, and overseeing programme delivery, including the
coordination and scheduling of consultants across our client base. This role
requires a strong understanding of regulatory standards, along with expertise
in risk management across the organisation.
What you will do
- Plan and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines and deadlines are consistently met.
- Allocatellocate resources effectively and coordinate consultants across client projects.
- Act as the main point of contact between management, team members, consultants, and clients to organise work requirements.
- Facilitate communication by leading meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing updates and reports.
- Monitor programme performance across departments, identifying gaps and coordinating improvements.
- Oversee client workstreams, including proposals, consultancy scheduling, renewals, and ensuring accurate invoicing with accounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements, while identifying risks and coordinating solutions to address issues.
Who you are
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
- A strong communicator, confident in liaising with clients, consultants, and senior management.
- Brings a solid understanding of regulatory standards and risk management, ideally within a safety or consultancy environment.
- Proactive and solutions focused, with the ability to identify issues early and coordinate effective resolutions.
- Detail oriented, ensuring accuracy in planning, reporting, and compliance-related activities.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
