What You’ll Do

The Senior HRSC Representative performs advanced HR service work requiring deeper process knowledge and attention to detail. This role focuses on executing complex transactions, ensuring data quality, and supporting service delivery consistency.

Required Educational Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of direct experience in HR shared services

Major/Area of Concentration:

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses:

Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses:

Required Experience: 2-3 years of HR, shared services, or customer service experience preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment

Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HRIS

• Strong customer service orientation with empathy and professionalism toward clinical and non-clinical caregivers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage high inquiry volumes in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive caregiver situations with tact and discretion.
