🤍 Position Overview

Do you have a passion for animals and a natural ability to make people feel taken care of? We’re looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. In this role, you’ll help create a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out while supporting both our medical team and pet parents.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

  • As part of our front desk team, your day-to-day may include:
  • Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting medical history
  • Processing invoices and payments accurately
  • Reviewing patient records for vaccine status and routine care needs
  • Communicating patient arrivals and updates with doctors and technicians
  • Assisting with prescription refills, food requests, and OTC products as directed
  • Entering and maintaining accurate records in our practice management system
