We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Leader who can lead the rapid growth of our industrial product manufacturing operation. Visionary, hands-on, and attention to detail are some of the most critical requirements for this high growth potential position. This Leader reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. The position is located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a manufacturing plan to rapidly scale volume
- Ensure 100% safe working environment
- Define & fill cross-functional manufacturing team (ME, Quality, Safety, Materials Management)
- Define capital investment plan needed and secure leadership approval
- Mature manufacturing processes to support rapidly scaling volume (e.g. SIOP, QMS)
- Work with Supply Chain to ensure supplier readiness
Responsible for:
- On time and on budget execution of additional required capacity & capability
- Safety – Incident Rate
- Quality – First Past Yield, Delivered Quality
- Cost – Manufacturing Budget Compliance, Productivity
- Delivery – On Time Delivery
