IAM Consultant

Position Title: Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer or Senior PAM (Privileged Access Management) Engineer

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite****

Role Purpose
This is a fantastic new opportunity to join NCC Group’s Digital Identity delivery team in Manila. We are building the core of our Digital Identity services and are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to become one of our core delivery team members in implementing IAM / PAM solutions.

From there, there will be multiple paths of further development, from staying specialised in IAM / PAM vendor technology to broadening to more consultant and managed services roles.

Summary
The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on IAM or PAM engineering, system integration or delivery experience, configuring key functions and use cases and being familiar with implementation methodologies.

The candidate will have engineering experience with at least one IAM or PAM vendor technology, ideally with certifications gained or being studied.

The candidate will also have some experience speaking with clients and communicating with technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for in you

• IAM / PAM Solution Delivery Engineer, being a key contributor throughout the delivery process – Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, Support.
• Technical Expert and Leader for IAM / PAM vendor/s, achieving and retaining certifications and providing technical support and information as required to the rest of the team.
• Support Innovation within the NCC team, developing and refining tools, methodologies, training and other components to improve team effectiveness.

Solution Implementation Experience

• Implementation experience in project or managed services teams working on some of the activities below:
  • Requirements and design of IAM/PAM solutions.
  • Implementation of IAM/PAM use cases e.g. application onboarding, lifecycle processes, privileged session management.
  • Unit and Integration of IAM/PAM solutions and supporting peer QA and testing.
  • Platform setup of IAM/PAM solutions.
  • Post-implementation activities e.g. user testing, troubleshooting and support.
• Communication with team members and stakeholders verbally and in written form, including professional and technical documentation.

IAM / PAM Vendor Experience

• Have core experience in at least one of the following IAM / PAM Vendors:
  • SailPoint (ISC preferred, IIQ accepted)
  • Saviynt
  • Okta /. Auth0
  • Microsoft Entra (preferred)
  • Delinea (preferred)
  • CyberArk
  • BeyondTrust
• “Core” knowledge demonstrated by experience in implementing functions / configuring the solution hands on and creating configuration files. Number of projects for each vendor, breadth of use cases implemented, and project complexity are all also valued.
• Certifications for vendors are valued but not required if equivalent experience can be demonstrated.
• Familiarity with some IAM / PAM adjacent vendor technologies, such as:
  • Directory systems such as Microsoft Active Directory
  • Cloud Services Platforms (CSP) such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as ServiceNow
  • HR Management Systems (HRMS) systems such as SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors
  • DevOps and Source Code Management tools such as GitHub and Docker.

IAM / PAM Concept Experience

• Have experience and familiarity in some of the following IAM / PAM concepts
• Joiner Mover Leaver and Access Requests
• Access Reviews
• Multifactor Authentication / Passwordless Authentication
• Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), Separation of Duties (SoD) Policies and other access policy
• Privileged Account Discovery and Onboarding
• Privileged Session Management and Just in Time
• Supporting technologies such as:
  • Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets
  • XML, SPML/SOAP
  • Web Services
