We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance, reliability, and technical services operations. This role is critical to keeping our production capabilities safe, reliable, and continuously improving.

Your Team
You will directly supervise:
- Reliability Engineer
- Lead Millwright
- Lead E&I Technician
- Maintenance Planner
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (chemical manufacturing preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred but may be substituted with significant industrial experience).
- Strong knowledge of reliability systems, industrial equipment, maintenance best practices, and asset lifecycle management.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, manuals, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical requirements (stairs, PPE, respirator use, occasional lifting).
