Financial Analyst - Asset Based Lending (ABL)

3V Sigma USA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead the administration, reporting, and compliance activities associated with our domestic and international Asset-Based Lending (ABL) facilities.
This position is highly visible within the organization and serves as a key liaison between the company and its lending institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for borrowing base reporting, covenant compliance, liquidity forecasting, lender field examinations, and the financial analysis supporting accounts receivable, inventory, and working capital performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly borrowing base certificates for domestic and international ABL facilities
- Monitor compliance with lending agreements, reporting requirements, and financial covenants
- Lead lender field examinations and coordinate supporting documentation across multiple business functions
- Analyze accounts receivable, inventory, and payables to ensure borrowing base accuracy and maximize collateral availability
- Develop cash flow forecasts and liquidity models to support borrowing availability and working capital planning
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports required by lending institutions
- Identify risks and trends affecting collateral eligibility, liquidity, and covenant compliance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities used for executive decision-making
- Partner with Accounting and Finance leadership to strengthen reporting accuracy, internal controls, and compliance processes
