Production Laborer

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and assembly of products according to company standards
- Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials or finished products as needed
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
- Assist supervisors and team members with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production facility
- May involve exposure to noise, dust, or machinery
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
Schedule
- Full-time / Part-time
- Monday-Saturday, sometimes Sunday. 5 Days on, 2 days off.
