As a Public Areas Attendant, you’re the first impression and lasting impact of the property. With every polished surface and welcoming space, you help shape how guests feel the moment they arrive. You’ll be on the move—ensuring all guest and employee areas are spotless, safe, and up to the highest standards. Your friendly presence and local knowledge elevate the guest experience, while your dedication supports the company’s mission of excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of entry-level housekeeping and delivery tasks.
• Routinely cleans public areas.
• Operates cleaning equipment.
• Makes supplies deliveries and maintains supply closets.
• Identifies maintenance issues.
• Respond to guest and management questions and inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs./23kg.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).
