**Lecturer **
What you will do:
The teaching load for this lecturer position is a maximum of two Chemistry or Biochemistry courses per semester. The lecturer will teach the assigned course(s), hold office hours, and submit grades at the end of each semester accordingly.
**Qualifications you already possess (Minimum Qualifications) **
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- MS in Chemistry or Biochemistry or a closely related field is required
- Demonstrated record of excellence in teaching.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner, across various modalities.
- Ability to effectively listen and share relevant information.
- Ability to establish and respond to, as well as, balance multiple work priorities, follow through, and meet established deadlines.

**Compensation and Benefits **
The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $ 1,615 - 1808, per credit hour accordingly.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.
