Here is What Your day May Consist of:
As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high- quality patient care and supporting our veterinarians. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting veterinarians with exams, surgeries, and medical procedures
- Safely handling and restraining animals with compassion and confidence
- Administering medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Performing diagnostic procedures (lab work, radiology, sample collection)
- Monitoring anesthesia and patient recovery
- Recording accurate medical notes and patient histories
- Educating clients on treatment plans, preventive care, and at-home instructions
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment
Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, CVT, RVT) or experienced Veterinary Assistant
- Strong knowledge of animal care, handling, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive, compassionate attitude
- Passion for animal welfare and client education
