Your responsibilities

• Prepare and review drilling and well intervention programs and technical plans

• Support the technical preparation and execution of drilling and well intervention activities

• Plan, monitor and optimize project costs

• Develop technical solutions to ensure safe and efficient operations

• Cooperate with internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers

• Ensure compliance with company regulations and relevant international standards

• Prepare technical documentation, reports and performance evaluations

• Analyze technical challenges and support the implementation of effective solutions

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence

We are looking for you if you have

• University degree in Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in drilling and/or well intervention activities

• Practical experience in drilling planning and preparation

• Knowledge of industry-specific materials, equipment and technologies

• Familiarity with relevant international standards and best practices

• Fluent English communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in computer applications and industry-related software

• Strong business mindset with a results-oriented and customer-focused approach
