What you will be doing:

  • Manage and support existing dealer relationships throughout the territory while identifying opportunities for continued growth and strategic dealer development
  • Coordinate with internal technical, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve dealer concerns efficiently
  • Assist with warranty claims, RGA (Return Goods Authorization) processes, and product issue resolution
  • Ensure warranty and return requests are handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist in communicating product updates, installation best practices, and technical resources to dealer partners

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, territory sales, dealer support, business development and customer relationship management
